Visitor Information

The hospital and each specific unit may have visitation restrictions to ensure patient safety. Although we promote family-centered care, the comfort and safety of our patients and the staff caring for them are our top priorities.

Visitor Guidelines

All visitors must check in at the security desk before visiting a patient. All visitors must display their visitor pass at chest level at all times. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Minors (age 16 and younger) may not visit without adult supervision.
  • Visitors must wear shirts and shoes at all times.
  • The number of visitors may be restricted based on patient needs.
  • Visitors may be asked to leave the room when patients receive care, treatment, and/or evaluations.
  • Visitors are prohibited from using beds, bathrooms, chairs, or other furnishings provided for patient use to prevent transmission of viruses or infections.
  • Videography, photography, filming, and audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited.
  • Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are allowed to visit patient rooms only if the animal is not harmful to patients or does not interfere with treatment.

Visitor policy is subject to change due to state and county mandates.
